BPW International has BPW Affiliates in 5 regions of the world as members. BPW affiliates can be categorized as “Federation” or “Associate Club”. A country with at least 3 clubs and at least 100 members can form a Federation.

As of April 2018, BPW International has 94 member countries: 39 countries with BPW Federations and 55 countries with BPW Associate clubs. Total BPW members world-wide is over 25,000 business and professional women.
